About the Company

Our focus is identifying indoor environmental, microbial, and chemical pollutants, with the intent of looking for a solution to create a healthy living/working environment.
Depending on the nature of the project, we work closely with your doctors, attorneys, home inspectors, and others. Additionally, our experienced technicians are highly trained and have been in the field for many years.

We are located in Westchester County, NY. We mainly serve the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut), however, on a case-to-case basis, we accept investigations outside these areas.
About the Founder
Herman Sabath, PhD, MPH, MSc

Dr. Herman Sabath has been in the field of Environmental Health for over 25 years, during which, he accumulated knowledge and experience in mold testing and indoor chemical pollution. His far-reaching experience ranges from residential homes and apartments, to large college buildings, hospitals, and hotels. Additionally, he has successfully served as an expert witness in several lawsuits, among them, a landmark lawsuit involving a high-rise building complex in Manhattan and Queens.

For 15 years, Dr. Sabath taught in the School of Public Health at New York Medical College. He also taught at Hunter College as an Adjunct Professor for 12 years. Dr. Sabath was also the Science Advisor and Master Trainer at the National Asbestos & Environmental Training Institute. He has published, and contributed to, a variety of technical handbooks and textbooks on Indoor Air Quality, Mold, and Bacteria for certification courses.
Dr. Sabath is licensed by New York State as a Mold Assessor, holds membership in the American Society for Microbiology (#55791990), International Society for Indoor Air Quality (ISIAQ), and is a Board Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC#0805035) by the American Council of Accredited Certification (ACAC) and the Council for Engineering and Scientific Speciality Boards (CESB).
