About IEDS

IEDS founder Dr. Herman Sabath has been an expert in environmental health for over 25 years. He has taught at multiple colleges, served as the Master Trainer and Science Advisor at the National Asbestos & Environmental Training Institute, and published or contributed to numerous textbooks and technical handbooks on mold, bacteria, and indoor air quality. A state-licensed Mold Assessor and Council-certified Microbial Consultant, Dr. Sabath has also served an expert witness in courtroom trials.
