About IEDS

Dr. Herman Sabath, an environmental health expert for over 25 years, founded IEDS. Dr. Sabath has served as the Science Advisor and Master Trainer at the National Asbestos & Environmental Training Institute, worked as a professor at multiple colleges, and published or contributed to technical handbooks and textbooks on mold, bacteria, and indoor air quality. A Council-certified Microbial Consultant and state-licensed Mold Assessor, Dr. Sabath has also served as an expert witness in numerous lawsuits.
